How a project runs
From brief to repeat call-off
Design and specification
We define the board grade, flute profile, pack format and production method to suit the application, starting from your brief or an existing sample.
CAD and prototyping
Our design team develops the structure in CAD and cuts a white sample on the digital flatbed for fit and drop testing before any tooling is ordered.
Single-pass production
Print, die-cutting, gluing and peel and seal application happen inline on the rotary line, with automatic palletisation at the end.
Palletised delivery
Finished packaging is delivered to your warehouse or drop-shipped direct to your customer, labelled and configured to your instructions.

Service questions
How many colours can you print?
In-house, we print up to two colours flexographic, using water-based inks with Pantone matching. That covers logos, handling marks, barcodes and SKU identification for most trade packaging. For jobs that need more, such as premium retail and gift packaging, digital print, up to four-colour flexo and litho-lamination are available through our print partners.
Can I get a sample before ordering?
Yes. New designs are cut on our digital flatbed as a white sample for fit and drop testing, and approved before any production tooling is ordered.
How sustainable is your packaging?
Corrugated board is fully recyclable, and board from renewable and sustainably managed sources can be specified where your customer requires it. We use water-based inks, a hot-melt adhesive certified 81% renewable and carbon negative, and a zero carbon electricity supply backed by Renewable Energy Guarantees of Origin and nuclear declarations.
